I've been with Sophias House of Pancakes for nearly 12 years. It's been a great experience. Since I started, we've been through many good times as well as a few bad times but over the years we have managed to stay in business and make many people happy and to think to themselves; 'man, I sure ate well and a lot'!

Pete has put a lot of time and effort in to get Sophias House of Pancakes back the way it used to be. It's been a great place for me and have enjoy working with my 'teammates' over the years.
